The Chancellor announced £150 Council Tax Rebate was to be paid for those in bands A to D. On top of this discount there will also be a discretionary fund available to support vulnerable people and individuals on low incomes that do not pay Council Tax, or that pay Council Tax for properties in Bands E to H.
