The Contact Centre is located inside the Town Hall.
This is made up of a call centre for phone calls and the One Stop Shop.
Due to COVID-19, the One Stop Shop is currently closed to enquiries and we are temporarily not offering appointments.
Please note: If your enquiry relates to on-street parking, issues with roads or pavements (e.g. potholes or obstructions), schools or concessionary bus travel you need to contact Lancashire County Council.

Please note: although the Town Hall closes its doors at 4pm, the contact centre will still take calls until 5pm.
