The Councils Local Area Network (LAN) is Managed in-house. We use Hewlett Packard (HP) hardware equipment and have the following number of users and sites:

  • What type of cloud environment are you using, if applicable? - We use the GOSS Cloud Services infrastructure which is powered by various public cloud providers including Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform
  • What is the original start date of the contract agreement? - The website agreement started in January 2019
  • What is the actual expiry date of the contract agreement? - renewal date is 30 January 2024
  • When will the organisation plan to review this contract? - reviewed annually
  • What is the contract period in years? Please include whether the agreement has any extension periods? - the contract was a 3 year contract, however this is now a yearly rolling contract which is reviewed annually and discussed with the supplier
  • What services are provided under the contract? - GOSS content and forms (lite), search facility, Service Directory Template, content management platform, training and integration with various third party systems
