Request to View or Purchase the House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Register

Complete this form to request to view the HMO register at the Preston City Council offices, or to request a copy of the register in Microsoft Excel format at a cost of £23.

Once you have completed the form with your details, if you have requested to purchase a copy of the HMO register, you will be taken to our secure payments site where you will be asked to pay the fee using a debit or credit card.

Once we receive your request we will contact you by email to either send you the register in Excel format, or to arrange a time when you can come into the view the register.

This form is one page long and should take no longer than a few minutes to complete.

Due to continuing Covid 19 precautions we are extremely limited to the amount of visitors we can accept to the town hall.

When your request is received we will contact you with a choice of time slots for an appointment. You will have to attend the Town Hall in that time slot, and will be required to follow the Covid restrictions in place at that time.
