Virtual pay and display

Virtual pay and display means that you no longer need to find change for pay and display machines or display a physical ticket in your car when parking.

Please note: you can still pay using our pay and display machines and displaying a ticket.

Pay and display prices

Prices are based on duration of stay. All charges apply each day and we operate a 24-hour tariff.

  • up to 1 hour - £1.30
  • up to 2 hours - £2.20
  • up to 3 hours - £3.30
  • up to 4 hours - £4.00
  • up to 12 hours - £5.50
  • up to 24 hours - £11.00

Please note: all vehicles parked are required to display a valid paper or virtual pay and display ticket, parking permit or disabled badge.

How to pay

To pay for virtual pay and display visit:

MiPermit - Pay for Parking

Once you have paid for virtual pay and display, your vehicle details will be added to our officers hand-held computers in real time to let them know that you have paid.

Do not scan QR codes

We do not use QR codes for our virtual ticket system. If paying online, please ensure you use MiPermit - pay for parking.

There have been incidences of fake QR stickers being placed at Lytham St Annes parking machines. Do not scan any QR codes if seen.

Virtual parking permits

Virtual permits mean that you no longer need to display a physical permit in your car when parking.

Permit prices

You can choose from a monthly or quarterly permit (from a start date of your choice) at the following prices:

  • Monthly £69
  • Quarterly £185

Disabled parking - conditions of use

The car park offers designated disabled parking on the following levels:

  • 3 spaces - ground floor close to the exits at Glover and Syke Street

Blue badge holders can park up to three hours free of charge in a designated disabled parking bay with no return within eight hours.

A valid blue badge and clock set to the correct time of arrival must be displayed in the windscreen of your vehicle before leaving the car park.

Please note: all other car park spaces require the display of a valid virtual or paper pay and display ticket at the prices shown.

Motorcycle parking


The car park offers designated motorcycle parking in the following area:

  • ground floor - close to the exit at Syke Street.

Motorcycles are able to park in this area free of charge. Motorcycles should not park in any other area of the car park.
