1. This nomination form is for groups interested in nominating an asset for inclusion on the list of assets of community value.
  
  Before you complete the form you must read the Supporting notes for Community Right to Bid nominations page.
  You will need to supply the following documents along with your application:
  - copy of group constitution (if applicable)
  - name and home addresses of 21 members registered to vote in nomination area (if applicable)
  - site boundary plan (available from the Land Registry)
  - site ownership details from a Land Registry search
  You can either upload these documents to this form or post them separately.

  2. It is recommended that a Land Registry search is undertaken.
  3. Under the terms of the Localism Act 2012 all nominations under the Community Right to Bid must be in writing.
    
    The Regulations accompanying the act specify the information that is required in a nomination so it is important that you answer all the questions in this form as fully as possible.
  5. Preston City Council will use your information in a manner compatible with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
