People in prison discount form

1. This form is to be used to be considered for a Council Tax discount if you or someone living in your property goes into prison or is detained.

  Before a discount can be granted you must provide the information in parts 1 to 4.

  12. Part 4 - Liable person
    
    If the liable person named in parts 1 and 2 above are the same person, who will be liable to pay the Council Tax whilst he/she is detained? (optional)
