  Once you have completed your details you will be taken to our secure payments site where you will be asked to pay your registration fee of £36 by debit or credit card.

    I / We make application under the provisions of Section 26 of the above Act to be registered by Preston City Council as a person carrying on the business of a dealer in second-hand goods.
