Register of councillors interests

It is a requirement of the councillors' code of conduct that all councillors register certain interests with the council.

The Monitoring Officer maintains this register and it is available for the public to view.

Councillors are obliged to register their interest within 28 days of taking office and must notify any changes within 28 days.

How to view the register

You can view the register through the following ways:

• Online - the register is available by viewing the councillor details from the councillor search page
   
• Offline - arrange an appointment to view a hard copy of the register by contacting Julie Thorpe, ju.thorpe@preston.gov.uk or call 01772 906112.
