If your business waste collection has been missed on your scheduled waste collection day, we will return to empty it.

Business waste collections take place between 7am and 3pm.

We collect on all bank holidays apart from:

If your collection falls on one of these days and you would like to arrange an alternative collection please contact us on 01772 906221.

If you think your waste has genuinely been missed, report it to us by completing the online form:

Please wait until after 3pm on the day of the collection before reporting it.

We will return to collect your waste within two days of it being reported. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a specific day or time for this.

Please leave your bin in the usual location. If there are any issues regarding your collection, we will contact you.
