Filming or photography in Preston request form

1. We provide a general licence to film or take photographs on Council land, however you need to notify us of this or any other filming activity or professional photographs shoots.
  
  As a condition of this licence you must hold and provide Public Liability Insurance to a value of £5 million.
  
  This form does not grant you rights or permissions to film or take pictures of people or their property. You may not present this as the Council giving you permission to film or take photographs.
