Some results will be labelled 'Associated with Searched Address' within the location field.
This means that while the location may not match what you have searched, the address you have searched is related to that application, for example applications for new dwellings, flats etc.
We hold a record of all Building Regulations applicable works. However this does not mean that we hold paperwork and certification for all those works.

We hold document copies of Building Regulations Applications
Copies of Building Regulations Approvals and Completion Certificates are £30 per document (inc VAT).
We will aim to email you the requested documents within five working days, however this may take longer for document requests of more than 15 years old.
Please contact the Approved Inspector associated to the individual application and/or the Competent Persons Scheme associated to the individual application.
