Complete this form to be added to the waiting list for an allotment plot in Preston (waiting lists are approximately two to three years with longer waits for Haslam and Sharoe Green).

Please note: priority will be given to people living within the administrative boundary of the city of Preston.

Please indicate a maximum of two allotment site waiting lists you would like to be placed on.

Please make sure you know which allotment sites you wish to be on the waiting list for.
