Victory in Europe Day 80 street parties road closures
There will be a number of street party road closures for Victory in Europe Day 80.
No vehicles other than an emergency service vehicle will be allowed to travel along the following roads at the time of the public celebration.
Weeton Place road closure (Sunday 4 May 2025 from 12noon to 9pm)

There is no diversion route as Weeton Place is a horse-shoe road and both access points will be closed.
Geoffrey Street road closure (Monday 5 May 2025 - 9.30am to 7pm)

Diversions
The diversion route will be via Cemetery Road, Skeffington Road and New Hall Lane and vice versa.
