The Food Standards Agency

Lancashire County Council
Lancashire County Council have produced a free on-line training course with printable resources, presentations and videos with a certificate upon completion of the training.
Chartered Trading Standards Institute
The Trading Standards Institute have produced presentations, handouts and a video in English, Welsh, Bengali, Cantonese, Kurdish, Mandarin, Punjabi, Turkish and Urdu.
The presentation which lasts approximately 1.5 hrs covers:
- food law enforcement
- food hypersensitivities and the reactions people can have to them
- what it is like to live with a food allergy
- 14 allergens required to be declared by law and the allergen information legal requirements
- food labelling rules for food prepacked for direct sale (Natasha's Law') which comes into force on 1st October 2021
