Polling District - IC1

• Area: No change.
• Polling Station: No change.

Tanterton Village Centre is situated in the centre of the polling district and close to the majority of housing. It has disabled access, nearby parking facilities and is well known to electors.

Polling District - IC2

• Area: No change.
• Polling Station: No change.

St Margaret's Church Hall is situated centrally to the majority of housing within the polling district. It is easily accessible for electors. It has disabled access, a large car park and is well known to electors. This polling station is also shared with district CA1.

New housing developments in this district have and continue to be built with no consideration to ward, district or parish boundaries. This causes split streets with properties in and out of boundary lines. A different type of review would need to be carried out separately to this current review to make further boundary changes.

Polling District - IC3

• Area: No change.
• Polling Station: No change.

Cottam Community Centre is located in a central position to the majority of properties within the polling district. It has disabled access and parking facilities.

Polling District - IC4

• Area: No change.
• Polling Station: No change.

St Mary's Church is located at the edge of the polling district but is the most suitable polling place within the polling district. It has disabled access and is well known within the area.

The Annexe is used for the polling station and is a newly built building, with ample parking at the end of the driveway. There is a large space for the polling station within the Annexe.

Limiting Factors

• Districts IC1 and IC2 are part of Ingol and Tanterton Neighbourhood Council (Ingol South West and Tanterton Ward).
• District IC3 is Lea and Cottam Parish (Cottam Ward).
• IC4 is Lea and Cottam Parish (Lea Town Ward).

All districts are within Preston West Division.
