Judge's Procession road closure (Wednesday 2 October 2024)

There will be a road closure for the Judge's Procession on Wednesday 2 October at 9:30am and 10am and 10:45am and 11:30am on the following lengths of road.

Only vehicles forming part of or otherwise used in connection with the procession or emergency service vehicles will be allowed to travel along the above roads at the time of the public procession.

Diversions

(i) Church Street, Ring Way, North Road, Tithebarn Street and Old Vicarage in that direction only.

(ii) Church Street, Grimshaw Street, Queen Street, Avenham Lane and Syke Street in that direction only.

The above-mentioned road closures are necessary to prevent obstruction of the streets at a time of a public procession.
