Following a successful visit earlier in the year, the popular International Market will be returning to Preston Flag Market for three days of delicious food, drinks and crafts from across the world.

Get ready for a fantastic weekend as Preston Markets team up with Market Place (Europe) Ltd. The previous event brought mouthwatering olives, juicy burgers, delightful macaroons, and exotic Turkish delight, turning Preston city centre into a food lover's paradise.

The International Market will also feature a range of items that make for a perfect Christmas shopping opportunity. Discover unique pieces of jewellery, sparkling crystals, enchanting lanterns, and much more. With a wide variety of handcrafted and one-of-a-kind gifts on display.

Councillor Martyn Rawlinson, Cabinet member for resources at Preston City Council, said:

"It's excellent to see that the first international market, back in April, was so well received and that Market Place Europe have decided to return to Preston.

"Working alongside our existing traders at Preston Markets, the international market brings an opportunity for visitors and locals to try something a little bit different.

"Whether you're a foodie, or just looking for a fun day out, this event has something for everyone."

Market Place has a long history of delivering a range of different market events including the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and the Tall Ships Festival in Belfast.

Mark your calendars for Thursday 28 until Saturday 30 September. Stalls will be open on Preston Flag Market from 10am until 5pm on each of the three days.
