The Footpath Diversion Order (Notice of Making) has been made for development work to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (reference number 06/2021/0542).

What development work will be carried out?
- Construction of a two metres wide footpath constructed of a 70mm cover of bitmac on a 200mm MOT Type 1 base with a retaining path edge against a new plot fence line; and
- such other works as may be notified to CLL (Barton 1) Limited following inspection by Lancashire County Council
Footpath closure
The entire width of that part of FP0603022 from point A (SD 5165 3720) running in a generally south west direction for 100 metres to point B (SD 5159 3714), as indicated on the map found in the Made Order (PDF, 283 KB).
Footpath diversion
A bitmac surfaced footpath from point A (SD 5165 3720) running in a generally west south west direction for 90 metres to meet with Garstang Road (A6) at point C (SD 5158 3717), as indicated on the map found in the Made Order (PDF, 283 KB).
The width of the footpath will be 2 metres.
