Why are we proposing to dispose of the land?

The following point outlines the main reasons for this proposal:

City investment potential

Pursuant to planning permission, a new maths school is proposed to be built on the adjoining site. The disposal of the land will allow the deed of grant to take place, which could enable a new footpath to be created over the grass verge to access the proposed new maths school.
