Face masks sewn by local community volunteers are to be delivered with food parcels to those in financial hardship in Preston, helping to keep people safe during the pandemic.

Two Christmas trees have been delivered and planted in the baby memorial area at Preston Cemetery. Families who have sadly lost babies and young children are invited to leave a ribbon on one of the trees as a way of including their loved ones in Christmas celebrations.
