17 November 2020
Independent craft business, DD Practical, is now open on the Box Market at Preston Markets.
DD Practical specialises in handmade leathercrafts, stationery, stitching, stickers and bespoke designs.
Due to the current restrictions in place, DD Practical is currently only open for click and collect Tuesday to Saturdays, with all available products on their website.
Dani Moore, owner of DD Practical said:
"I am so excited to be able to bring my business to the Box Market at Preston Markets. I specialise in handmade leathercrafts creating bespoke designs for customers, which are perfect for Christmas presents.
Due to the current restrictions I am unable to open my stall fully, but I am able to provide a click and collect service for the time being. I am hoping to hold a Grand Opening on Saturday 5th December, depending on the restrictions in place at the time to welcome the people of Preston to my business.
Councillor Robert Boswell, Cabinet Member for Environment at Preston City Council, said:
"It is great to welcome another new business to Preston Markets. DD Practical looks great at the Box Market and provides another offer to the shoppers at Preston Markets.
It is more important now than ever for the people of Preston to support their local independent businesses as they are essential for the fabric of our diverse community.
Don't forget while shopping at Preston Markets to stay safe, adhere to the social distancing measures in place and wear a mask for everyone's safety."
