The Planning Inspectorate received an appeal against planning application (06/2019/0752) which was submitted in relation to land at Cardwell Farm, Garstang Road, Barton, Preston, PR3 5DR.
The appeal seeks outline planning approval for up to 151 no. dwellings and community building with associated works (access applied for only).
