We are undertaking scheduled maintenance on our ICT website systems with all self service transactions unavailable over the weekend of the 9 April until 12 April 2021.

Scheduled website maintenance

From Friday 9 April at 7pm until Monday 12 April, certain parts of our website will become unavailable as we undertake scheduled maintenance on our ICT website systems to enable some major power work to take place in the data centre.

What servicies will be unavailable?

During this maintenance window, all self service transactions will be unavailable over the weekend and certain parts of the website will be inaccessible. 

This includes things like:

  • Reporting missed bins
  • Reporting street cleaning issues
  • Paying your council tax
  • Making a housing benefit claim
  • Reporting rats, mice and cockroach problems

Some parts of the website will be available as normal, with all services planned to be up and running again by 9am on Monday 12 April 2021.
