What development work will be carried out?

The development work will include an employment area made up of general industrial (Class B2) and warehouse (Class B8) uses on 17.25 ha of land with access from Bluebell Way, Fulwood, Preston.

Footpath closure

The entire width of the part of Footpath Fulwood 6 from its junction with Guiding Road at SD 5704 3279 running north/north east for 95 metres to SD 5707 3288.

Footpath diversion (alternative footpath)

A public footpath from its junction with Guiding Road at SD 5704 3279 running south east for 20 metres on land immediately adjacent to the north side of Guiding Road to its junction with Trefoil Way at SD 5706 3278). The width of the footpath will be 3 metres.

Questioning the validity of the order

If any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Town and Country Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with, they may apply to the High Court under section 287 of the Town and Country Act 1990.

An application must be made before the end of the period of six weeks beginning with the day after the date on which the Notice required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Town and Country Act 1990 is first published in accordance with that paragraph.
